In light of the recent events, I wanted to dedicate an episode to the current quarantine situation around the world and why you should not waste this precious time you have available.

In today's episode we will be talking about the importance of investing money and time to improve our knowledge, skills and whatnot. Because everyone wants to become fitter, more successful, earn more money and so forth, but very few are willing to first invest in themselves in order to get there!

As early as possible, we should all create the perfect customer "avatar", or as I refer to it, F. R. E. D. (Fears, Results, Emotions, Desires). Of course at the beginning you will be most likely saying yes to everyone, because we are eager to get our first clients, results and testimonials. But the more your start working with different kinds of people, more you realize that actually you DON'T want to work with everyone!
