Richard Burns has been involved in the boxing game since his childhood. His career as a trainer and a promoter spans more than a decade. His family is known throught the central Florida panhandle area and his last name is synonomous with local politics.  There are currently three very promising prospects fighting under his "Quincy Fighting Tigers Banners."
