This week we welcome special guest Crystal Perez, founder of The Revolutionary Project. Native from Philly, a product of Camelot, and a graduate of LaSalle University, Crystal grew up with creativity in her blood. Her father was (and still is) her most influential teacher. Using her creative spark and her love of teaching, Crystal works with students out of her own home, helping them see that their voices can be expressed in their artwork. With students going back to school in a few weeks, We think it’s time to shine some light on college not being for everyone. It may seem a little controversial, but not everyone thrives in a traditional classroom and THAT’S OKAY! Before signing those college papers, think about if it’s really what you want to do. There are many different avenues that you can take to become successful. Try out new things, talk to that new person, be comfortable with getting uncomfortable.
