It is not hard to figure out why Richard Outram’s 21 year old son is so impressive once you listen to many Prepare4Growth episodes. Richard’s grateful and giving mindset, shaped by his similarly minded family and friends, have definitely shaped his children. I love how Richard plans to interview his son annually to check in on his growth. Definitely listen to his April 11 interview with Paul Sherman titled “A Real Life “Go Giver”... A Lesson in Selflessness”. I enjoyed so much that I also read the red book Paul gave Richard. Thanks for your thoughtful sharing!
