7. Work Harder
I listened to this episode on the way to school. I was so excited to share this lesson with my class. It worked out perfectly because it was our dress up day for Halloween and a lot of my kids were dressed in superhero costumes. They cracked up at sponge bob lifting the marshmallows. This will be my new October tradition. Thanks!

Instantly hooked!
Originally found on another platform and was so excited when I saw there was a podcast! This is a gem with so many practical ideas for early childhood educators and parents. I can’t wait to go back and listen to previous episodes. I’ll be telling friends colleagues!

Wow!! My brain is on overload from all these amazing ideas!!!
I’m sooo very thankful that I found this podcast! I’ve been really struggling this year with figuring out how to motivate my students to make positive choices. I initially started listening to Caylee and Layne when I was working in photoshop but I found myself stopping constantly to write ideas down lol- there were *that* many cool things I wanted to try. I love how Caylee and Layne focus on the positive and have SO many different ideas to help students be successful. They are ideas you can implement easily and quickly to see major changes! I can’t tell you ladies how thankful I am to have found such inspiration. You both are rock stars!

This is exactly what I was needing!
I taught 1st for 2 years and now I am soon starting my very first year with teaching Pre-K. I am so excited! I needed nuggets of wisdom for classroom management. I want to love my students while teaching them life-long social skills while their brain is growing. This podcast is the perfect fit for any Pre-K educator! New resources for distance learning and videos have recently been added- I can’t wait to start printing off center activities and useful forms that are offered when you join the Pre-K Teacher Family! Thank you soo very much C and L! ❤️

Magic Spray
Oh my gosh! I am going to use your magic spray idea to help my granddaughter with her separation anxiety when her parents leave! Have the oils and spray bottles ordered! You don’t need to be a teacher to use these wonderful ideas...parents and grandparents can use these, too!

Wonderful insights, immediately applicable ideas and strategies, and caring hosts made this one I immediately recommended to one of my new teacher friends! Can’t wait for more!

What teachers and students need!
So much wisdom and encouragement in this podcast! It’s heartwarming to hear your values come through with a focus on relationships and empathy. I love the way you share research with really practical tips. *Thank you* for believing in teachers and honoring all that early childhood teachers do to support behavior and learning as most children enter school for the first time. I feel so lucky I got to see Caylee in action in DPS - you’re a gem! And Episode 2 related to a conversation I was literally having today so I’m definitely spreading the word :)

I’m excited for this podcast
I love the first episode! It’s great getting to know both Caylee and Layne. I’m not a teacher but I am a mom with a kiddo who will be in pre k soon. It’s important as parents, we know what our teachers go through and what helps them become good teachers. After all, they spend all day with our children and are responsible for shaping their minds.
