If learning is less than the rate of change, then we're climbing someone else's learning curve and we're lagging behind. At least a third of the learning outcomes are explained by what happens before the learning experience we create, and then another third by what happens after the structured experience so pay more attention to those befores and afters. Connecting people to content can be lonely and isolating, but when you connect people to people, it's human.
