I love the Show , Dana your awesome but please get the names of characters right; I kept rewinding while I was cooking because you said Miguels father when you meant Leon’s father told the P.O. extremely brilliant and I am inspired by your mind but sometimes your carelessness about the character names makes it seem like you just rolled about of bed to record

I get that these hosts are all writers, but when comes to actually analyzing a show’s plot and characters, they don’t do that very well. It’s surface level recapping with irrelevant nitpicks every other minute, at best. They focus more on minor continuity errors, than actual arcs. I don’t think “being a writer”, is a good excuse for, only caring about nitpicking stuff. It also doesn’t make their opinions, law. They don’t exactly pay enough attention to the important nuances and details, as viewers, to be talking about any of the shows missing those same things. They miss too many details, when discussing, so when they start complaining, it’s about things that were already explored or touched on, in the episodes they are reviewing, they just wind up being incorrect most of the time. A lot of things things they say they don’t understand, if they paid better attention, they would understand it. That’s not something to be put on the show, but the hosts. 🤷‍♀️ They aren’t very objective or prone to using logic, to explain the things they’re always so confused about. Just paying better attention would clear up a lot of that stuff, as well as using a little more common sense. When you critique, you have to do those things. Being writers, I’d like to think they would, but… The girl can be kind of funny though….so there’s that. Not much else, though. I’d skip this one. Sorry.

I really enjoy this podcast. I listen here on Apple podcast but mainly via YouTube. I really enjoy the dynamic of the three of you. I enjoy listening to the theories and takeaways, which makes me come up with my own as if I am in the writers room! My only criticism is that Dana needs to fix her Wi-Fi or audio because it’s very distracting when her Wi-Fi and audio keeps going in and out and we don’t hear her clearly. Otherwise keep up the great work and I will continue to be here to support. 👍🏽

Y’all were stating in the review of Power: Book 4: Force S1, Epi 3 that it starts after Season 6 Power and right before Book 2. And that there would be someone to let him know that Tasha named him in Book 2. I thought that Book 4 started immediately after his plan with Tariq. I know with a new cast/show, it’s gonna take a while to get used to the names…

Listening makes watching the show so much better

Background music is a terrible idea

There’s not many Power podcasts out now that the original series has ended. I want to like this one but there’s a few tweaks that I think could make it better. Sometimes there’s distracting background music and computer sound effects. There’s a big sound difference between the two male hosts so I find myself having to turn up the volume to hear one, and turn it down when the other starts speaking. Also they forget that they’re muted often and there’s the awkward exchange having to wait for them to realize it. Those moments could be cut out. Editing could fix all of this. I wouldn’t mind waiting an extra day for the show if they could fix these issues and maybe shorten the time to maybe 1 to 1.25 hours.

This trio did a tremendous job of covering Power. I’m hoping they find another show to do a weekly recap, as the trio are very witty and intelligent.

Please stop bashing Tasha on Power. Ghost is not a good guy, but yet there is always an excuse for why he does something or what he does is not too bad. Tasha is not a hoe-she has not had 10 lovers, not the worst mother and she has a right to live her life without Ghost.
