On the final episode of the 4th season, Jill discusses the concept of Otherizing.  Why do we look at other people as radically different from ourselves?  We are all humans with wants and needs, and each of us experiences our own struggles. Why not step back and notice our similarities that create more opportunities for connection? If we want a chance at having a more peaceful world to live in, we have to listen to each other and learn how to all work together.
