When I was in a dark place with motherhood, I found hope and perspective and confidence that I could come to love it. If you haven’t checked out their book Motherhood Realized, please do. It’s a must read, along with this podcasts which shares so many down to earth yet inspiring messages.

I greatly appreciate this podcast for the variety of the very helpful parental insights it delivers . A wonderful episode was about Appreciating the Now. I have listened to this podcast for several years and went to one of their workshops. They are always uplifting and helpful and make you want to become a better person. They are full of good tips and tools of how to improve your life.

This podcast is so uplifting and motivating. I have been a mother for many years, but I have really enjoyed listening to these podcasts and have learned many new things. I usually listen while doing dishes or laundry and I like that my brain is busy learning while my hands are busy caring for the needs of my family.
