I’m not sure who said that originally, but these two ladies get the concept and use their time to pump me up weekly. I love this show because it is light-hearted, interesting, and quick. I have at least two takeaways from each episode either a funny moment or a new idea. Kate and Katie, keep it up! You are awesome!!!
