How do people find the effort to workout? I mean really? Exercise is hard work!
There are two types of people, those who say I am going to wait until I feel like doing it...and those who say I have to do it so I will feel like doing it.
Action must come before motivation, not the other way around.

Enough was enough. It’s time to get serious!
