Three guys bantering about growth stocks in a playful, entertaining way. Can definitely see the depth in their relationship, but that’s about as deep as this podcast gets. The market commentary is pretty shallow tbh. They spend minimal time on each stock and pretty much cover what you’d find in a press release, with minimal additional context or “so what” added. Also, lot of their macro commentary is incorrect. For instance, Germany has reduced their reliance on Russia for resources extensively over the last couple years, but on the show they articulate the opposite IMO you either need to be insightful or you need to be entertaining, and I feel like this podcast under-delivers on both

These guys have been wrong about everything this year, and really offer no good advice for setting up a good portfolio for your future.

I’ve listened on and off over the past year or so. Net/net. It’s not worth my time and probably not anyone’s else’s either. No useful info provided. Also… These young guys are market reactionary, NOT FORWARD looking… They caught the huge bull market wave in 2020/2021 and thought they can’t do no wrong. It didn’t turn out well like everyone else. I’m giving these guys a year until they call this pod quits. Hope they can prove me wrong. Bears markets are tough!!

I listen to a lot of podcasts so I know that you have to have a combination of information you want to hear delivered by a personality you want to hang with. Pounding the Table gives you both, I look forward to each podcast for knowledge and humor, keep up the great work. I give this podcast a Double Pound!

This is one of the more enjoyable investing podcasts, but never trust someone who says they can time the market (they say they have and so have their friends at the beginning of episode 26).

I think there are mainly two types of people who listen to this podcast. People who just want stock picks and ride coat tails, and people who want to learn. I’ve read some of these comments and the negative ones mainly only see if for the former. However, this podcast has taught me how to look at companies and what took for, structure your portfolio, manage risk, learn options strategies, understand market behavior and market reactions to news, and being confident in your own conviction. The podcast is for high growth investors and traders, not for value. I recommend that anyone who is interested in growth investing and who wants to learn to listen to every episode, and then listen to them all over and over. I can’t believe this is free.

Pounding The Table changed my life- as an investor I struggled to see the market clearly, since listening to Avi and AO my prospective has changed greatly, and I’m able to really understand why I’m investing in something in the first place. I’m up 80% since I started listening to them btw!

Man, I love the show. I found this podcast late last year but I had gone back to Episode 1 and listened to all the episodes 2-3 times. Tony is the smartest 23 year old in the investing world (>120% first yr as a fund manager) and Avi is really a fun guy to listen to and smart as well (7x in 2020, and JMIA). They share their investing strategies, portfolio management, hedging strategies, life hack, etc. I learned a ton! Oh, I love the mini-monster section! I discovered Pounding the Table a few months ago and have been absolutely hooked. Not only are the hosts fun to listen to; they also make you a ton of cash. It’s wild to me how consistently they pick stocks that end up popping off shortly after. I can’t recommend this podcast enough! If you’re not pounding the table, you’re playing yourself.

The podcast is entertaining, but you come off as extremely conceited. It’s obnoxious. One of the most important qualities an investor can have is humility. Add that and the sky is the limit.

Hands down my favorite investing podcast. Not only great advice but the hosts are witty and make the content extremely entertaining. A great mix of technical analysis with gut check conviction. Keep it going guys!

Best financial listen if you want actual practical and useful info based on real experience, current activity and ppl putting their money where thier mouth is. Anthony is a wizard, the nicest young man around and I'm learning more about Avi.

You talk very much like a trader, and trading is not investing, it is speculating. When you refer to a company like MercadoLibre as “MELI” and talk about how “MELI management is methodical” or whatever, it is quite annoying. Also it seems like almost every stock you talk about you have to mention where you entered and how great your position has done, which comes off as bragging/boasting and it rubs me the wrong way. The best investors are humble. You are young and still have a lot to learn, though you act like you know everything, despite only 10 years of experience.

Have yet to find a single podcast for traders that I’ve been satisfied with – either the signal to noise ratio is terrible or it’s just a bunch of retired RIA’s talking about the new companies they saw on CNBC. AO & Avi are a breath of fresh air to listen to during the trading day. AO really knows his stuff... newbies, take notes (seriously)
