On this weeks episode we return to the topic of shame. For the final episode of Postmodern Liturgy's Lent series we explore how certain institutions, including the church, limit growth.

This week marks the beginning of a (temporary) new format. Because so many churches are, rightly, not meeting today, and possibly for the next few weeks, I wanted to provide a resource. In this weeks episode, I address the thing on everyone's mind right now.

In the episode this week, we are trying to get to the bottom what exactly we mean by “sin” so that, perhaps we will have some reasoning behind this season of confession, repentance and preparation.

We enter the season of confession and repentance which is known as Lent, but more specifically, we are exploring Shame's intertwinement with Christianity.

In this weeks episode we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by hearing several long excerpts from his "Letter from a Birmingham Jail." At the same time, we set Dr. King's words against the readings this week. If the incarnation isn't good news for all people and all things, then it isn't good for anyone or anything.
