In this episode of the Post-Workout Podcast, a former co-worker and close friend of mine, Alfonso Castro, joins the podcast to finally get to the bottom of the whole 9Round drama. For those unaware of the situation, I was illegally fired by the kickboxing company 9Round by a franchisee owner under libelous and false pretenses. Alfonso was there through it all, and with his side of the story it clears a lot of things up. Quite the story, and one I am not proud to have been a part of. But the experience has made me even stronger and more evolved today and just as I tell my clients: losses are only losses if we do not take them as a learning lesson.
