I co-created Possibility Project in March of 2020 when COVID hit the U.S. with the dream of making this moment matter and wanted to have the conversations we were having in dark corners about dysfunction in the social sector at scale.  My name is Heather Hiscox. I am the CEO and founder of Pause for Change and I work with nonprofits, local governments, and philanthropic foundations to help them address challenges and pursue opportunities in less time, using fewer resources while achieving greater impact.
