Coach Em announces our PFC Event (September 17th) at Palmetto Brewing Company in Downtown Charleston! DJ Soto will be performing, five credible & beneficial vendors, workout hosted by Gritbox, raffle tickets and prizes (over $1,000 worth), photo station, and MORE! All raffle ticket proceeds goes directly to Courtney Lewis to support her during her battle with breast cancer and $1 per pint bought at Palmetto Brewery will be donated to MetaVivor Research Foundation. Followed by a much needed episode on Balance Within It All, whether you are stressed about work, trying not to guilt yourself over the donut you ate last night, or finding balance with working out and resting, YOU will take something away from this episode!
