How do you get back on track when your day isn't going as planned?

I'm back and ready to share with you all, the good, plus the struggle! I think it's important for people to share their struggles, not dwell on them but to let others know they're not alone!

I'm currently looking to interview people with success after adversity stories! I'm especially interested in those of you dealing with chronic pain illness (es) that are '#surthriving'!

This is a collection of my stories and how I got where I am. Reflections, memories and stories of overcoming adversity and learning to live a positive life with chronic illnesses.
