Polite But Savage is a deep dive into honest, raw and meaningful conversations surrounding mental health. Swey, the host, is a trauma survivor of domestic violence which induced her anxiety and depression during her childhood. Her mental health advocacy strongly roots from her lived experience, but also as a therapist and coach - who continues to help and guide people suffering from mental health concerns. Every other week, Swey brings on guests from different parts of the world to share their journeys and insights, with a goal to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
