Hello beautiful people. I recently decided to take a little break on here, to really think about what my goals are on this platform, What topics I would love to touch on , and how the best way to talk about these topics are, in hopes of making it the best it possibly could be for my listeners But now I am ready, and I can't wait to jump right back in with a new episode each week
In this episode, "Becomingmy own protector", I talk about how I am continuously learning to advocate for myself, rather than relying on others to do so, how I learned to find strength in finding my voice, and becoming the person my younger self longed for, for so long.
I hope you this helps you just as much as recording it helped me. Thank you again for listening, and I hope you know how loved you are.

Hello there! In my third episode "Mending the relationship between my mind and my body" I open up about my journey with self-image issues, and my overall struggles with self confidence. This is something that is very personal, and in some ways hard to open up about. But I believe that it is so important to talk about these issues to remind ourselves that we are not alone in battles we go through. And in the end, learning that you are so strong, that you are beautiful and most importantly, that you matter. I hope that this episode reminds you that you are not alone. I hope you enjoy.

Hello there! Thank you for tuning into poetic the podcast! My second episode "Breaking down my friendship cycle" is one that took me a while to put together. But in the end, one that I think we can all relate to in one way or another. Friendships for me has been something that I have struggled with so much as a young adult. I always felt like I was doing something wrong, or that I was never good enough for my friend.
It wasn't until I sat down with myself and thought about this, that I discovered this friendship cycle that I always find myself in. And now at 17, I have made the choice to break out of it. In this episode, I break it all down starting from the beginning. Realizing that when a friendship ends, it does not take away from my self-worth. Along with finding new ways to connect with people and making sure my mental health is always a priority, and is never on the back burner.
As I said at the end of the episode, I have opened an email for topic requests, and most importantly, for the ones who are having trouble talking to somebody, for the ones who just need an ear to listen. For the ones who feel like nobody can relate to them. For anyone at all, please email me at [email protected] ,
and will get back to you. I will be the only one who reads these messages along with the only one who replies to them. Feel free to leave it anonymous if you would like. I would love to help you in anyway that I can.I hope you know how loved you are and I hope you enjoy this episode.

Hello there, and welcome to the first official episode of Poetic the podcast! I am so beyond excited to start sharing my life experiences this other people. In this episode, I unpack what it was like for me to reflect on my hardest struggles, and how hard it was to get through them. As well as explaining how it feels to almost look back at it in a sense, and trying to understand it the best I possibly can. It was really important to me to start my podcast off with a topic like this because when my mental health had hit a low point that I had never experienced before, I found myself constantly feeling like I was alone in the ways that I was feeling. As if no one could ever understand my pain. So my hope for this episode, is that in sharing some of my experiences, I am able to remind you that you are not alone. And that those hard days will pass. I hope you enjoy this episode, and I cant wait for whats to come.
