I host this episode with Tabitha - the thought collector. It’s world Trivia day - and we indulge in some knowledge junk on Africa, East Africa and Uganda. We then limp into some super deep conversations on mental constructs that the world and Africa have about Africa. Listen and join a narrative that is more inclusive

Is your life predestined? Were you caused to exist for a specific purpose. Who gives you purpose? Is it self- determined, God-breathed or just sweet nothings humans tell themselves to feel better. In this episode we host Jonathan Male, a young African that is pathing his way through places such as music theology and medicine - places he terms as “callings” to explain to us his take on the narrative of Destiny. This episode is full of enlightening wisdom, relaxing tunes, challenging pauses and real steps to help you find a footing on this purpose, destiny and calling thing.

I call this a transition episode. A little small glimpse into the big things that poetic pause has coming for you. Central to this episode is a CALL FOR APPLICATION. Are you an artist? do you dance? sing? write? or play instruments? Do you want to become part of an art piece that is fused with the diversity of global cultural and individuality. If YES! Keeping listen we have just the opportunity for you. The show then concludes with an Afrocentric piece about human skins by Amanda from Uganda. This episode is a mix of so many important things. The heart of the matter is writing for newspapers. How do you strategize inorder to get published? Jonathan Tabalanga, an international relations expert, Lecturer at Uganda Christian University and International relations officer at Posta Uganda tells us how. His thoughts and comments have been widely published in Ugandan newspapers - and so it goes without say he is the qualified voice to mentor you. Later in the episode we launch into an article he wrote on police brutality. He explains to us why police brutality is so dominate in the Ugandan space today. And then we dive into my favorite part of any discussion, the solutions that can work but haven't been considered! I highly recommend this episode. It’s a brain picker. And I know you will learn much from it. To get Mr. Jonathan Tabalanga’s work, you can type his name into Daily monitor or New vision newspaper websites. And ofcourse - don’t forget, I love to hear from you. Keep the comments, questions and requests coming in❤️❤️❤️💙💙🤗

Love is beautiful - I think 😂 But unrequited love - well not so much. In this episode The Dark Knight tells us about his Love theory. How he catches them - how he sends them off and how he continues to believe in the thing called Love even when the air gets really cold especially when you are dealing with Ugandan guys and girls. Enjoy this episode! If you want to find out more contact Poetic Pause - on Twitter -@PoeticPauseUg. On instagram and FB - Amanda Rachael Ainengonzi and Facebook page words beautiful words.
