I have been wanting to start a podcast for awhile now and this podcast has helped get better insight on how to run it.

I’m in year one of my podcast and I’m always looking for wisdom from podcast pros. Colin and Matthew give very useful and practical advice.

Unlike other podcasts I’ve listened to, these guys really seem to know what they’re talking about from experience, as opposed to people trying to figure it out, and hoping a lightbulb moment will occur in real-time.

Before starting my podcast, The Single Acorn, I listened to a ton of episodes. This podcast helped me troubleshoot and solve problems before they even arose. I felt confident out of the gate that I was creating a quality product

I really wanted to like these guys. The topic ideas are great, but their deliver and vocals are SOOOO BORING that they lul me to sleep in 5 minutes :( I cant handle another episode. Its too bad. I was kinda stoked to get into it.

The last two (at least) episodes will not download at all. What did you change to make it stop? The RSS feed information? Was the episode even uploaded? Is it now only available to people who subscribe via their phones? With Net Neutrality gone, I WILL NOT bother with smart phones, as the costs of data plans has gone from ridiculously expensive to obscenely overpriced.

If only I’d seen this before I recorded my trailer! Fantastic tips like skipping the welcome, getting right to who it’s for and putting a clear call to action at the end with a good link. Thanks Colin and Matthew!

What a great podcast. I honestly try to listen to this one every night as I fall asleep because the accent lulls me to sleep. But then I have to listen again in the morning because my sleep brain heard something awesome. My only beef is that sometimes the music is so loud it wakes me back up, but maybe that was the intention. Good stuff!
