Where do emotions come from? What are emotions? Most of us don’t give this much thought. We live as if we’re at the mercy of our emotions. We live in fear of them. Anxiety and anger and stress. We try to deny them or indulge in them in unhelpful ways.And this often means staying quiet. We’re not willing to be with an emotion long enough to feel its power diminish.
