I’m always amazed at some of the guests Jay gets and his conversations are so educational and entertaining. Anyone considering starting a podcast or looking for a way to assess or improve their own should subscribe. You’ll learn a ton!

Not only is this a very good podcast it was extremely helpful in getting my own podcast up and going. The guests are informative as is the host and I strongly recommend listening it is so good

The Angry Ginger finds his favorite podcasters and brings his audience fun &a informative interviews with them. The listener really gets a great understanding of why his guests do what they do &I what they want to bring to their audience- a must listen if u love podcasts!

I'll be starting my own podcast sometime in the next month and a lot of it comes from this podcast. Not only did it help a lot, the host (the Angry Ginger) has personally answered question I had on twitter. I'm still about a year behind but catching up and will continue to listen.

I very much enjoy Podcasting 101. I can't say I've learned a whole lot from it, but it's interesting nonetheless to hear how other podcasters do things. I liked the format better before they started doing reviews and the 'what podcasting's done for me' segment. The interviews are always great. I wish the release was more consistent, but I know the Angry Ginger has his hands full. Check it out and subscribe!

As a podcaster this show is simply invaluable on every level. As a listener it’s educational and entertaining to say the least. I learn something new every time I listen to this podcast regardless of the guests show genre’. I feel like it’s not just informative to the average listener but it intrigues me to see how the host, (The Angry Ginger), ends up turning the episode into a self-helping, therapeutic critique of the guest podcaster. Realizing it or not, you’re coming out of this show with a greater knowledge of yourself as a podcaster then when you went in. I just started listening this week and I have been catching up with every show. I can say that for myself this is very informative. I'm in the process of creating a podcast, I currently have a blog and also use other social media to get out there and Podcasting 101 has so much information that I know is going to help me with my journey. I highly recommend that anyone who is wanting to or already in the early stages listens and subscribes. You won't regret it.

I really like listening to the show and picking up on some tips. While I know what I’m doing from a technical stand point, I really learn a lot in the marketing and social media departments. PS-Loved the episode with Greg from The Charity Strike on there!

I don't know if it's the mic, or the sound mixing, or just his inborn voice (probably all of it), but this guy has one of the best voices of the 25+ podcasts I listen to. And he asks great questions. Excellent podcast for anyone interested in learning podcasting! My only complaint is the starting music -- annoying -- but it is kinda fun that it stops at exactly 1:01 :)

Simply put, this is a "must listen to" for everybody that's even toying with the idea of podcasting.

Very entertaining yet informative!! Looking to start a podcast u can get some great tips/pointers from the pros along with some good laughs!!!

To me, this isn't really what I would consider a "101" style podcast. It's not really taking you through the basics, etc... Which, I'm fine with since I'm not new to podcasting and produce multiple podcasts. I also think what works in 7 Days a Geek, tangents and excessive language, doesn't work well for what this show wants to be. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it as a fan of 7DAG, but here it seems out of place. All of that said, I auto-download this podcast despite having a backlog of other podcasts. Hearing from all the other podcasters out there, from a wide variety of podcasting styles is a great addition. And I really enjoy that Podcasting 101 is not one long infomercial like a lot of the "teach you to podcast" shows that are out there right now. This is still a relatively new show, but I'm enjoying the ride and the most of the guests so far. Keep up the great work!

It's awesome... As someone who HAD a podcast like 3 or 4 years ago this should have existed then. The books you can buy are useless, they cover podcasting for business. This is more what I did turing on a mic and hanging with mates hoping the internet approves. (and fork you if you don't) I may think about using what I learned..you've been warned.

Learn all that goes into making your own podcast with people who've mastered the game. And even if you're not trying to start a podcast, listen and laugh a little. The 7DAG guys are funny and can also teach you a thing or two that you can at least use to impress others.

This is one of the best shows to listen to if you wanna get your info on podcasting! If you aren't listening then you are missing out!
