Enlightening with a Side of Snarky
I look forward to each episode. Nate is brilliant and is not afraid of offending people by raising controversial topics. In a day and age where everyone toes the line (lest they get cancelled), his work may shock some people, but listen deeply, and you’ll be laughing and learning, too. Been following his career since CotW

Transphobic
Not going to support this podcast any longer after the multiple transphobic comments in the January 2020 episode. Disgusting. I have listened to this podcast for a couple years so I know it’s problematic for many, many other reasons - but the openly transphobic opinions are the straw that broke this camel’s back.

The best podcast... ever!!!
I love this podcast so much. I literally get so excited when a new episode comes. I can’t get enough of the grateful status of the week!! I wish Nate did more of them. Although I worry Nate will read something stupid I wrote. It would be an honor! But seriously, Nate is Witty, Smart, and Funny!!! This is such an amazing podcast for the theater fan or performer. I can’t say enough great things about it. Great job Nate!! I’m excited to hear more!! ❤️

Funny and refreshing
Just found this gem last week and am now all caught up. I don't always agree with Nate, but he makes a lot of great points and is HILARIOUS! As an actor, I find the guests and interviews great and super insightful. As a human, I find the social commentary right-on. Keep it up!

Absolutely perfect
He says everything I am thinking. I love it and laugh out loud every episode. Such great insight from great Broadway veterans also. Love it.

Brilliant
Smart, sassy, funny, and entertaining - plus great interviews from actors, musicians, and other notable people in the Broadway community. It's funny, and it's insightful - and it's great listening. Plus as a theatre music director myself, the interviews are fascinating listening. Thanks, Nate, for doing this! Keep it up!

#pass
I am a fan of Broadway themed podcasts and gave this a try. That was a mistake. It's like this show took the genuine interest and likability of an industry interview podcast and tried to combine it with satirical humor but doesn't actually understand how satire works. Nate Patten comes off as angry, mean-spirited and as self-indulgent as those he claims to hate. I won't be listening again...unless he books Lin-Manuel Miranda. Then I will. I'm not a monster.

Simply Brilliant
Nate is a brilliant and talented comedian who is a natural interviewer. Snarky, but never mean, this is a must listen for anyone who loves theatre, hates insincerity or just needs a good laugh. Well done.
