We are a team of six formers who have created 'Perspective', a Young Enterprise Company. Together, as 28 co-authors, we have written 'Note to Self' which is a collection of art, articles and anecdotes with a focus on mental health. But there's still so much more to say! This podcast acts an extension to 'Note to Self' where we discuss things that matter to us. With an emphasis on sharing stories and experiences, it's a reminder, however you feel, you're not alone.
