Although Crystal had built a highly successful community and website around her passion for education. Her fear was holding her back from connecting with people through a podcast. Crystal tells Nat from Pod and Pen Productions about how she found the courage to make the podcast of her dreams. Take aways: * Fear of being seen, heard or not being an expert can hold you back from making a podcast. Even if you have a passion and a drive to make one. Crystal tells Nat, "who am I to start a podcast? I'm just a regular parent. I'm not in the education scene. I'm just trying to pick a school for my own daughter". *The fear of making a podcast is worse than the process of actually doing it. Crystal says "doing the thing is actually really not that bad now" *Getting guidance and support can help you overcome the fear that is unnecessarily holding you back from sharing your unique voice.
