要想成為一個好PM，除了本身專業領域（Domain knowledge）要有深度之外，還要隨時不斷地強化知識的廣度，尤其在忙碌的工作與生活當中，所獲取的可能是碎片化的知識，無法有效地汲取及運用於工作上，藉此提升自己的專業能力。「讀書」應該是短期內PM比較快速可以達成的目標。
