We’re back! There were a few rough pumpkins getting here, but ya best believe we made it. In this episode, Jake and Ari discuss Jake’s 40 mile walk with his pop, Fred; spending the weekend in Connecticut; and why it’s so difficult for them to record these podcasts. Looks like we made ittttt! A decade of podcasts, 10 episodes, same thing. We realized some of you depend on this for entertainment and while we’re not sure why we truly appreciate it. We apologize in advance for the catastrophic episode this instantly became. Apparently Jake doesn't know how to play telephone and Ari didn't find out until it was too late. S/o to Lexi who laughed at Ari's reaction to this episode crashing over Zoom and to Erin for preplanning to listen to this on her walk. 

Wait, do we have guests now? Is this something we do? In this episode, we had the pleasure of walking down memory lane with our wonderful friend Kirsten Westmoreland. All the way from Bristol, England, Kirsten chats with us about her favorite childhood smells, breaking things in other people’s houses and getting peed on. How did we get so lucky!? 

Well no, she’s actually across the country, but she is our first guest ever and we’re so excited! She corrects some fallacies from our previous episode and answers (semi) rapid questions. No funny business. Just Jake and Ari reading a Seinfeld script in its entirety… on second thought, there’s a lot of funny business. They bounce between playing Bania, Kramer, George, and many more characters from the Seinfeld gang. They know the episode, but can’t remember what it’s titled and are too lazy to look it up (even though Jake somehow found the script). Jake requests you go to his website and email him your thoughts on their performance. Ari requests you don’t judge them in any way, shape, or form for the embarrassment that exists in these 40-some minutes.

They’re back from hiatus! Oh, that’s right, they forgot to tell you they took one, but they did and now they’re back. In this episode they chat about their two-week break which consisted of birthdays, boating, and being with family. They improvise a Seinfeld episode and play a game Jake coined as Memory Tennis. They end a bit earlier than usual, but they turned off the AC unit to record this so naturally Ari got too sweaty.

It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for: the best episode yet… well according to Ari anyway. Jake on the other hand claims “This is where fake news comes from.” Ari explains the solar system, DNA, electricity, and so much more. Grab your pens and pencils kiddos, it’s time to take some notes!

Jake and Ari try their best not to fight in this episode of Plagued by Your Opinion, but you’ll have to listen to see if they succeed. They test how well they know each other by guessing one anothers’ childhood pets and biggest fears. They answer questions from the listeners, but mostly they just talk like idiots for an hour.
