Amazing idea, thrilling execution, essential listening
Loving this show already: Places, Everyone is an indispensable podcast for art lovers, art makers, and anyone who wants to create something meaningful and pay the bills doing it. Lonnie Firestone—a writer for Vanity Fair, Glamour and Playbill—lands big-name producers and artists who break down their step-by-step process of crafting culture and commerce. The result, even after just a few episodes, is incredibly revealing. Fears, tears, financiers—you hear it all, and remain amazed that anyone can make anything these days, impressed by those that even try. It’d make a great live show one day, a perfect fit for a Broadway Q+A series—or maybe a musical? Call it The Producers 2!
