Great resource to any youth wrestler parent!
Thank you for sharing your wisdom. Without a doubt, you have changed the way I parent my youth wrestler going forward when it comes to the sport. The first couple times you started talking about something I could relate to I would stop everything and listen so intently. However, after a few episodes I realized I’m relating to practically EVERYTHING you discuss! PS - please host coach John Strittmatter from Young Guns in PA as a guest on the show! At his practices he constantly gives speeches to the kids AND parents, and his insights could be so helpful to your audience.

Amazing podcast!
I have been listening to this podcast since the beginning and every episode has been so informative and helpful for me as a parent to two youth wrestlers. The wealth of knowledge shared from the guests they have had and the hosts has been so beneficial and applicable for our family in this wrestling journey. Highly recommend you check it out!

I am very thankful to have been shared this podcast. As a parent I want the best for my kid. Man this is such a great podcast for parents. I mean feel inspired as a parent listening to these episodes. Listening to some of the best and hearing them say it’s not about always winning. We are in a culture today that it’s all about the wins. And it makes the looses so hard. But when they talk about effort. All day long effort it what counts! When they are young (mines in 6th grade) they have so much growth to still have. And the burn out. I always thought it’s all about competing 24/7. I am so wrong. I don’t want to be the reason my son starts to hate wrestling. It’s a tough sport mentally alone he doesn’t need me to be there more than just a safe, supporting place he can grow!! Thank you so much for making this podcast. I can’t wait to listen to the next one!

Great for coaching and all aspects of wrestling
Provides guidance and assessments for parents with children in wrestling: conversational tone; very knowledgeable hosts, and very good production quality. Many topics will be relatable to coaching in general and other sports; yet is clearly focused upon wrestling. Check this out.
