Join me as I navigate my inner child healing and shadow work journey. Through sharing antidotal stories and experiences that identify where in my childhood: traumas, behaviors, and thought patterns were created. I’ll discuss how those experiences are hindering my growth in adulthood and my ability heal. My intention is to make inner child healing more practical by creating a space for others to be vulnerable with me.
