Bill Lennan is the co-founder of HAERT which is a preventative mental health education program aimed at high school and college age students.  The program uses a technique called "DBT" Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which he goes in depth , and gives over 50 resources in the program that build on one another to give you confidence in your life and reduce feelings of depression or anxiety before they could ever get out of your control.
