Is my Garden getting too much for me?
We are a nation of gardeners, and lockdown even more so.  We wouldn't generally walk into a gym and start lifting 30kg weights, unless we had trained for it, the same should apply to the garden. Pots, bark bags and watering cans are heavy.  So what do you do...Give Up..or Get Strong.
