I’ve listened to this podcast for a long time and I think Jeff Carlson is great! He’s knowledgeable and entertaining. But I can’t take Kirk’s complaining, moaning, and whining any longer; he’s just not worth it. I’m unsubscribing.

I find the conversations interesting and informative. They bring out many issues of interest to photographers - particularly those who work in Apple computing ecosystem.

Jeff and Kirk have a wonderful, fun and informative podcast about photography and the apple ecosystem. I look forward to every show- they are knowledgeable, affable and direct. None of the fulff which so many podcasts insert. Highly recommended to anyone interested in photography as an art/craft, as opposed to gearheads. A podcast for grownups. Bravo!

I just happened to run across this podcast, and after listening to the last 3 episodes I downloaded ALL of them. They're not too long, very informative and the show notes they provide have hidden gems of links, books, tools and gadgets. A must listen to photography podcast.

I’m an amateur bird photographer. While Jeff and Kirk don’t usually directly address the specific issues I run into, I still find this podcast worth a listen since they cover a lot of topics I don’t think too much about which gets me thinking outside my usual box. The hosts have an affable style and seem very approachable—like I’d be able to easily chat with them if I happened to run into either of them. They explain topics clearly and cover a wide variety of subjects. It’s just a good show.

I just listened to the episode discussing some of the details about editing in Apple’s Photos. Far and away it is the most helpful introduction to this topic I have found.

Very interesting and helpful discussions about aspects of photography and how to use related aspects of Apple products, but oriented more towards photography than gear and technology.

This is the only photography podcast I can think of that doesn't sound like a side hustle. Pragmatic, cheerful, concise, and not at all oriented toward pro photographers. It is a very good thing.

Before i begain listening to this podcast i was somewhat intimidated by the perceived complexity of operating the camera on my iPhone. Now i am gaining more confidence and taking more pictures with it. These gentlemen do not "talk over" the heads of those of us who are trying to get into and enjoy photography. I listen to all of Kirk's podcasts because he is so full of information regarding this "digital" age and has the gift of teaching others. Mr. Carlson seems to have the same gift of being ablle to share his knowledge of photography with those less educated and make photography approachable and understandable

If you have any kind of passion for photography and also happen to be an Apple person, don't miss it. Two episodes in and I've already discovered a community of people, some apps I didn't know about, and a sense of kinship about photography, without having to deal with an overload of photography nerdity, or strident opinions about gear. Just helpful, friendly info about taking pictures and how it works in the Apple Ecosystem. Just what I think we needed. I enjoy it!
