I get into these depressed states where I feel as if I’m stuck inside of a box.. not realizing that box is all in my mind! Until I gain the strength to walk again I then realize .. I was Never STUCK

A poem expressing my Love trauma. I’m falling for someone and they say they love me too! But I fight daily between my heart and my head and it fills my heart with doubt. Love trauma is Real !! Lol just me being vulnerable old me
