Making assumptions and the philosophy of science
Do you consider that you're rational? That you accept science over religion? Maybe you think religious people are deluded? It's possible that you're not as logical and rational as you thought you were. Much of what people accept as being rational is based on assumptions. The religious person makes the assumption that God exists and that maybe the Bible is the word of God, but Atheists and 'rational' thinkers make assumptions as well. Full podcast here.
