Real estate leverages GOOD debt in order to make a larger profit every year, plus, very rarely does real estate go bankrupt. As opposed to companies on the stock market, they can go out of business. Dr. Amy Boyers has been in private practice in South Miami since 2001 where she provides therapy to adolescents and adults, with a focus on women’s health, eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and behavioral medicine. She is a Clinical Supervisor for graduate students in the University of Miami Clinical Psychology Program and is a consulting psychologist at the South Miami Oliver-Pyatt Center, an eating disorders treatment facility. She has co-authored numerous articles in professional psychology journals and is a frequent speaker on the topics of stress, trauma, and eating disorders.
