The Way Christian Ministries (TheWayCM) is intent on fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples out of Christians. To do this we use online teaching, purchasable resources and offer a limited number of places on our residential Training for Life course (TFL) at our ministry base in Scotland and at a growing number of TFL Centres around the world. TheWayCM undertake a number of foreign missions each year. We train, send and support missionaries and we bring foreign leaders who are working with TheWayCM to Scotland for training. The Gist is our free weekly teaching that is received by many thousands of people all around the world. It is available in a variety of different languages. The Gist is the 'appetiser' that often leads people into the full Training for Life course. Training for Life (TFL) TFL begins with our 'Foundations' course (also available in a growing number of languages). This is followed by a short bible reading course (reading the bible for the life that it contains) and then on into the full TFL course. TFL is composed of five main elements of development; Spiritual, Personal, Physical, Creative and Ministerial.
