This week’s PWPL revisits the topic of mental health and well-being. We spoke with Dawn Lewis-Robinson (MMFT) about various issues relating to our mental health and well-being. We discussed the importance of removing the stigma of mental illness, some of the more prevalent mental health issues affecting our society along with a few ways we can improve our mental health.
