Perspectives and Iterations, or (p+i), explores various teaching and creative processes of Katonah Yoga® teachers, direct mentees and students of Nevine Michaan. In our first season, we explore the meaning and utility of the language of metaphor, physical adjustments, body readings and more.
(p+i) is hosted by Hong Kong based teacher Clare Lim Martin, co-founder of SharedSpace.
