Deo provides a lens into his live presentation as a speaker/trainer with his latest podcast. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful human tools. Our emotions play an important part in
who we are. The anger or pain we carry keeps us from moving forward. If we are not careful, it
becomes part of us. It influences our behaviors in how we love ourselves and others. Forgiving is
an act that happens within us. It is the freeing of ourselves from pain, anger and bondage. The
anger, bitterness and pain caused by not forgiving is very deceiving. It tricks us into protecting
those feelings because it is the only way we feel like we have control of our reactions to the
painful experiences we go through every day.
