In this episode, I'm exploring why we feel the urge to jump in with suggestions, what's really driving that impulse, and why even the most well-intentioned advice can sometimes create distance instead of connection.

      

I look at what unsolicited advice can reveal about our own thoughts, emotions, and need to help, along with why it can be so difficult to simply listen without trying to fix someone else's problem. We also explore the role of boundaries, codependency, social conditioning, and the importance of trusting others to find their own answers.
