In this episode, I am joined by Patrick Fisher who is from P3 Performance Psychology. Their mission is to bridge the gap between knowledge and practice by providing effective evidence-based interventions combined with 12 years of experience in elite sport to help athletes, coaches, teams, and sporting organisations reach their potential.

Pat shares so much insight into the mental side of sport and mental health in general. He is able to shed a light on various topics that can be deemed as taboo and trying to break down that stigma. We discuss emotions and how they are neither good nor bad, just that there is a full spectrum that only makes us human. Pat also provides some tips and advice on how to be 'mentally healthy' and being prepared for a race or any sporting event. Being prepared and proactive is key!

There are so many amazing things to unpack in this episode, I highly recommend listening and checking out P3 Performance Psychology and Patrick Fisher
