I am an optometrist, a homeschooling mama of 4 and a scout leader and baker :) 

Together with my husband Dr waqaar, who has 8 years of experience working for the NHS as a accident and emergency doctor. We run weekly podcast. Each week we have a new expert guest. 

We hit a wide range if topics including parenting, health, self help and meeting some famous faces along the way.
