This podcast is wonderful! Victoria is warm, wise, insightful, and comforting to listen to. It’s interesting getting perspectives from a wide variety of people from various professions and with a vast array of life experiences. I love that she covers such a range of topics, but always approaches each conversation with understanding and a genuine interest in learning- and I feel I’ve learned along with her.

This podcast is like a hug in podcast form that often leaves me feeling warm and ready to take life head on while marching to the beat of my own drum, and at other times makes me turn inward to tackle more difficult subjects. All of the guests are interesting help me peer into jobs and lives I definitely might not otherwise! Go Victoria!!!

Who remembers the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” books? This podcast felt like 2010s answer to the heartwarming series that tugs similarly on the heartstrings in all the best ways. It is delightful and entertaining while still thought-provoking and encouraging. While I expected nothing less from the insightful and incomparable Ms. Russell, I was still blown away by her unfailing ability to draw out of her guests their stories and wisdom that you never knew you needed to hear. You can find me waiting at the edge of my millennial pink seat for the next episodes!
