Timely Podcast
I’ve been listening to the most recent episodes, which are shorter and serve as a precursor for an upcoming book Michael has coming out on relationships. These episodes provide valuable insights for anyone wanting to be more intentional in their relationships, whether personal or professional. It’s also great to hear this perspective from a male point of view, and I wish more young men, especially, had exposure to this podcast, as Michael would be a very positive influence! It’s a more mindful alternative compared to many of the other popular podcasts out there with male hosts.

Wow
Add this podcast to your rotation. Michael is a gifted interviewer. The conversations feel intentional, full of value and intimate. The most recent ep with Matthew Hussey was one for the books, absolutely phenomenal. I had a page of notes at the end. 1000% worth your time. Thank you for sharing, Michael!

Great talk and loved interview style, keeping your questions short but asking in a way that brought out so much depth for us all to listen to. It’s so important to listen to this wisdom being shared in this time from indigenous leaders and wise man around the world. Thank you for bringing Benki to a platform for so many to hear and Haux Haux Txai!

Audio is still not great
I like the content provided on your podcast. Although the audio quality has improved, it still isn’t quite right. The most recent podcast I heard was you interviewing Adrian Grenier. I could hear you clearly, and Adrian was difficult to hear. This is common when listening to your podcast — you are clear, your guest is difficult to hear.

Excellent strategies on creating relationship capital!
I stumbled upon the discussion on 5 Principles of Relationship Capital: Create something bigger than yourself-lead with giving, align self interest w/ altruistic interest, focus on signal vs. noise, use cascading effect and give w/o expectation. It was a great episode, included some novel approaches and left me wanting to learn more- specifically what to do if one or more of the relationship capital strategies are not working.

Worth Your Time
This podcast, to me, is solely meant to create positivity and honesty. Whether that’s change, stability, perspective, etc., the goal of this podcast, if “goal” is this correct word to use, is to help people be the best version(s) of themselves. Michael Trainer was a teacher at my high school for a few years. His motives even then appeared to be genuine. It seems that hasn’t changed. Personally, I have a different mindset and philosophy regarding some of the subjects that are discussed, but I have walked a different path in life. Still, l find value and meaning in the time I invest in listening to the episodes. I still find what is said to be insightful and informative. In my opinion, you should give this a listen.

Fantastic podcast!
Fantastic podcast! Michael integrates the scientific and holistic seamlessly along with a wonderful cultural, poetic, micro and macro perspective of well-being and our shared humanity. Consistently inspiring and thought-provoking
Following my initial introduction to the Peak Mind podcast, i pretty much immediately started digging into the archives and have now listened to well over half of the episodes. I naturally gravitate toward long form interviews but am admittedly impatient with many hosts as they can frequently lack what it takes to keep my interest, but that hasn’t been a concern with Peak Mind. Not only are the guests consistently fascinating, but Michael is an incredibly adept interviewer, providing both interesting questions as well as valuable contextual information from his own experience that brings out some truly nuanced and compelling conversations that you simply won’t find on many comparable programs.

Continue your amazing work
I can’t remember how I found you but you speak from your heart, you are in my mind to the right of the bell curve of humanity growth and in a quest to uplift human kind and most topics you choose align with where I am at in my own journey. Thank you for doing what you do. Looking forward to listening many more podcasts from you.

Contribution to the key of fulfillment
Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this podcast because I am someone who believes in learning and evolving!!!! Paul you mentioned how powerful our brain is and I agree because I have over the past 4 years went back to therapy and I have worked on retraining my brain because I finally faced the inner demons that I buried for years and one of the things I needed to do was to retrain my brain but for me it’s also believing what I’m retraining my brain for an example one thing I’ve done is writing post it notes throughout my house with the truth not the lies that was carved in my head as child such as God loves me and etc. Its so important for me to actually believe what I’m saying, what I’m feeding my brain so you believing is so important. I have chosen to feed my brain good healthy thoughts. Like you said Paul we aren’t ever ready to do anything so we have to be motivated and for me my motivation of enjoying and having a hunger to learn and to evolve is because of my abusive childhood which I’m cool with because I’ve learned so much and I’m a kind person and etc because of my childhood so it’s all good. Ever since the age of 13 ( I am middle aged now) I have learned from others and from myself because I never gave up on hope, I had hope that I would have a blessed and beautiful life and I do! I made promises to myself and I’ve kept them so my point is yes, need to find what will motivate us to do things if it’s our careers or being a mom / wife as myself so my childhood has been a big motivation for me!! Paul & Michael you mentioned that we need to ask ourselves the right questions and I agree with you! I asked myself what do I need to do to change the outcome of a relationship that was toxic ( it’s not my husband) I knew I couldn’t change the person so I chose to walk away from this toxic relationship because I felt like I was drowning in the ocean and I couldn’t see any light above the water! I didn’t take my decision lightly at all but I knew I didn’t have to stay in this relationship after many years trying to make things work. I changed the outcome for myself and now I am able to be the best me for my family and for myself and others but I had to ask myself the right question first. Paul & Michael you talked about giving and how giving gives you so much more back. I have always enjoyed giving more than receiving! Before COVID I was a volunteer at a faith based treatment center for women who are exiting sex trafficking and the people thanked me but I thank them because I learned who God really is and I got baptized at the church I attend and it’s because of me volunteering at this center and I learned computer skills so all this gave me back so much more than I could’ve imagined! Giving is a beautiful experience and it will make someone’s day / week or maybe even give them hope again. I love hearing the stories of others because I always try to find what can I learn from others. I have always believed that it’s never too late to learn and to evolve!! I always ask myself what can I do to be better for my family and for myself / others than yesterday so every day I ask myself that question because I learn from yesterday! Michael & Paul thank you for the phenomenal podcast and I have subscribed to Peak Mind podcast and this the first podcast that I’ve subscribed to and it will be the only one because I’ve learned so much and it’s been good healthy food for my brain and it’s been rewarding too!! We need to ask ourselves the right questions, our brain is so powerful, retrain our brain is important but also believing what we’re retraining our brain with and I mean truly believe it and feel what you believe, apply what you say for an example I have taught my son what you say needs to match up with your actions for an example if you don’t like your eating habits than buy healthy foods but also apply by eating the healthy foods and stick with it so I believe applying what you learn and say. I can’t wait to hear the next podcast and again I thank you for your podcast and your time Michael and Paul!!!! My name on Instagram is whitestardove and in Facebook it’s Doris DC Garrett. God bless and thank you 🙏🏻

Authentic and enlightening
I have been listening to Michael Trainer for the past 6 months or so and continue to find his interviews so enlightening with thought provoking insights. He is a genuine and caring soul who is not afraid to get a little vulnerable at times. He brings highly respected and top notch individuals in their own right to share their wisdom, which I have in turn put into practice in my own life, helping to make me and the people around me all around better. Thanks, Michael, for how you show up in this world.

AWESOME talk and sharing with Paul Greene
Wow...just Wow! This podcast was AMAZING! This was the best podcast I have ever listened to by far! I hope that everyone can take the time to listen. It will truly bless you! 🙏 I so enjoyed the sharing and authenticity from both Paul and Michael about self love and how it relates to contribution in our lives and in the world. You both touched on so many great topics that will help all of us to become better loving, caring and grateful people. Loved the part about tithing and giving back, as this is how I was brought up by my Godly parents and I continue to apply it in my life daily and I always get so blessed from doing so! Thank you so much, Paul and Michael for this beautiful conversation! May God bless you both! I wish that I could rate this more than 5 stars!! 💖 Teresa Dickey - FB Teresa.adickey - IG

Segment with Paul Greene
There isn’t much to say other than how u guys r both inspirational and phenomenal. I love all the work u do to promote and help others with our mind and body. U guys really helped to open my eyes to why my anxiety is astronomical and how I can now really work to bring it down. U guys r both world changers and we r lucky to have u. I think that if people take the time to listen to these podcasts and learn and take away things from u guys, the world could be in a better place. I again thank u for opening my eyes to what is a huge chunk of my anxiety (worrying about the future and what my purpose is). And a special thanks to Paul for inspiring me to really work on my music (playing guitar, ukulele, sax, and piano) along with writing my own music. I’ve been able to use this time to bring more attention to music and less on sports. Thank you!!❤️ Reach me on the gram @lexi.hull22

I loved the podcast with Paul and Michael❣️🦋❣️
The podcast with Michael and Paul was absolutely amazing. Giving to others like the example of flowers that Michael brought to a long term care facility and Paul’s music is beautiful❣️🦋❣️. Just as an example of my sweet Mama when she was still with me > just visits from friend was an amazing treat for her. To this day I’m so grateful to the people that visited her. It brightened her day and I truly believe it made them feel good as well. Thank you to Paul and Michael both for the kindness they have shown. It’s a beautiful example for us all❣️🦋❣️

Working and working
I am an every day woman, looking for the daily sparks. And this podcast is perfectly that! I solder for a living and listen to podcasts all the 9+ hours, 6 days a week as I do so, gleaning what I can from sages and friends. I have to say- out of all the self help, forward movement podcasts I have listened to- THIS ONE, Michaels stories, guests and insights - are and is the most truth filled, resonant, content filled, value filled podcast I have yet to find. I recommend it to all who will listen. So, thank you, so much. From one soul to another- keep doing what you’re doing Michael, you’re blessing us all. Thank you. ❤️

Awesome podcast
I just got done listening to the episode with Steven kotler and I’m very happy that I subscribed to this podcast. I heard about this podcast because Michael trainer was actually on tangentially speaking (subscribe to that too if you haven’t already) and I was very impressed by their discussion. The episodes aren’t 2+ hours long which I really appreciate and they don’t need to be since the quality is excellent!
