Our state of mind when we first wake up is one that we take for granted. It is actually the strongest dictator of our day. During this time, we manifest easiest. A lot of us wake up to dreading the day ahead. Some may wake up to chaos or drama on our phones. But if we were more careful with the first few moments of opening our eyes each day... by listening to sweet affirmations, visualizing positive desires, expressing beautiful intentions, then the day would more than likely go a lot better.
