In this episode, I share some of my insights from the mindfulness-based training method known as "ACT" (acceptance and commitment training/therapy).
When I recognised the power of the ACT method, and the freedom and flexibility that stem from it, I wondered why it had taken me until my mid-40's to discover it!
So this year, I've undertaken further ACT training with Russ Harris, Louise Hayes & Joseph Ciarrochi, in order to share the ACT method with teens and young adults.
