Pause and Listen
Pause
Pause and Listen aims to amplify the voices and experiences of women who no longer have children in their care. In each episode, we talk about an issue that affects their lives. We will be joined by women, professionals, and sector experts to discuss the issues they face, reflect on their experience, and think about how we can work together to make things better. It is time to Take a Pause and Listen! *Trigger warning* podcast episodes discuss issues which may cause distress to some including domestic abuse and mental health issues. Pause is a charity working with women who've experienced or are at risk of having their children removed from their care. We have 25 Practices across the UK and since 2013 have reached around 1,500 women who've had over 4,500 removed from their care. www.pause.org.uk / @PauseOrg / #PauseandListen / [email protected] [Host is Clare Laxton, Producer is Louis Vine, Music by Ben Jacob, Editing by Will Jacob]
