PITP 10: Doug Vance, "Leaping Without a Landing"
In this episode, we hear from Pastor Doug Vance.  Doug was on staff at a large multi-site church in Pennsylvanina wearing a number of hats over time, from worship, to administration, to leadership development, to media production, and as a campus pastor. And in February 2022, Doug left his role. No controversy, no issues, just a sense that it was time to go -- But with no destination. He and his wife Becky, pooled their resources, packed up the RV and went west, to pray, pause, and put things in perspective. They took a leap of faith, without a place to land.
